System 07

Marketing hub for multiple channels

Anyone working across several brands or clients loses most time not to making content but to moving it around: logging in, pasting, scheduling, and afterwards hunting for figures. This hub puts that in one place.

The problem of four tabs times eight clients

Every platform has its own scheduler, its own statistics and its own login. Serving four channels for eight brands makes thirty-two places where something can be left behind. There is no overview of what goes out this week, and assembling a report is half a day of copying and pasting.

The existing tools solve it halfway: they can schedule, but not run approval with a client involved, and their reporting rarely matches what your client wants to see.

How the system fits together

One calendar, one approval flow, one report, across every brand and channel.

  1. 01

    One calendar across everything

Everything scheduled, per brand and per channel, in a single view. Gaps and collisions are visible before they become a problem.

  2. 02

Approval with the client in it

A client sees what is queued and approves or comments, without needing an account on four platforms.

  3. 03

Publishing to Pinterest, LinkedIn, X and TikTok

Prepared once, out in the right format per channel, with failed publishes visible rather than quietly gone.

  4. 04

    Reporting that fits

Figures from every channel together per brand and period, in a shape you can forward without rewriting.

How it gets built

  1. 01

    Connect the channels

Set up the integration and permissions per platform. This is where the platforms’ limitations surface, so it goes first.

  2. 02

    One brand end to end

Get one brand working from planning through to reporting, so the flow holds before eight are in it.

  3. 03

    Add brands

Then brand by brand, with the approval flow and reporting already proven.

What the system does

One place showing what goes out, what needs approving and what it returned, however many brands and channels are in it.

  • One calendar for all brands and channels together
  • Client approval without platform accounts
  • Publishing to Pinterest, LinkedIn, X and TikTok from one screen
  • Per-brand reporting you can forward as is

What it costs

What an engagement costs depends on its scope and on how many systems are involved. I work with a fixed price per phase rather than open-ended billing: you know what a phase costs before it starts, and you decide after each one whether to continue.

I only quote a figure once I know what we are talking about. That takes a half-hour conversation, at no charge.

Whether this fits

This works well when

  • you serve several brands or clients on social
  • approval currently runs through email and screenshots
  • reporting is assembled by hand
  • you use more than two channels structurally

This fits less well when

  • you serve one brand on one channel
  • your current scheduler is fine and nobody complains
  • your clients publish themselves and you only advise

Questions about the marketing hub

How is this different from the social media engine?

The engine makes content, the hub distributes and watches it. They work separately: you can fill the hub with hand-made posts, and the engine can write into an existing scheduler. Together they cover the road from source to report.

How reliable are the platform integrations?

Variable, and frankly this is the weakest link. LinkedIn and Pinterest are stable; TikTok and X change their terms and limits regularly. That is why every failed publish is visible rather than silent: you want to know on the day, not at the monthly report.

Can a client look in without access to everything?

Yes, that is the starting point. A client sees only their own brand, approves there and sees their own figures. No access to other clients and no accounts needed on the platforms themselves.
